In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring materials and finished goods are received, stored, documented, and shipped accurately and safely to support our customers and manufacturing operations. You will work closely with warehouse, production, quality, and transportation partners to maintain efficient inventory flow, uphold regulatory requirements, and ensure on-time delivery performance.

The Role & Your Impact

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient warehouse operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately to support on-time shipment and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate material transfers between multiple warehouse locations to ensure materials are available for production and customer needs.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of daily work, including conducting routine equipment safety inspections.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environments.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Utilize SAP and other business systems to perform inventory transactions and material movements.
• Lead and support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster positive, professional communication and collaboration across departments while escalating issues appropriately.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or similar.
• Experience working with inventory control processes and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to operate multiple types of forklifts safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

The following qualifications are beneficial but not required:

• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of warehouse best practices and inventory optimization.
• Previous experience working in manufacturing, biotechnology, food, or regulated environments.
• Interest in learning new technologies and improving operational efficiency.

Ways of Working / Working Conditions

• Monday through Friday 9:30am-6pm with occasional weekend work as business needs require.
• On-site role based in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
• Work takes place in a warehouse environment.
• Regular movement throughout the warehouse is required.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to support operational priorities and inventory activities when needed.
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and operational requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $21.00 per hour

• 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution
