Nox Metals is hiring a Senior Operator who will report directly to the CEO. This role does not require manufacturing experienced, we are looking for someone who has scaled a company. This role will manage all business functions and help us scale: * Super proficient with AI coding * Organized * Executes tasks assigned * Travel * Stand up new factories * Lead, inspire, and hire * Manage teams * Self autonomy * Focused on the exponential * Creates new ideas * Attention to detail * Great attitude * Managed finances We are looking for someone who has done the following, though we are not married to these: * Has scaled a startup from early days to growth stage or IPO * Managed a team of over 25 * Has reported and supported a CEO or leader within a high growth company * Has been an operator * Has built things that never existed before The role will be based in LA and/or Detroit.
