Human Resource/Office Coordinator

POSTION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with preparation of new hire orientations (Take photo, order lunch, call next presenter, copy ID’s, set them up in timeclock)
• Maintain personnel files.
• Assist with non-exempt time keeping in Paycom (Check timesheets for missing time, notify manager of missing time and pending PTO, send out reminder to approve timesheets to managers)
• Assist with company events (look for venue, pricing)
• Help with setting up company events.
• Schedule phone interviews and live interviews for managers
• Order supplies for office
• Assist with other clerical and office duties as needed.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma required
• 2-3 years experience in a HR payroll department and manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of HRIS (Paycom) preferred
