As a Consultant Level 2 (C2), you have gained a lot of expertise in your field. You work within complex environments, influencing, advising and leading teams and stakeholders. As a C2, you advise on ways to set up solutions in traditional and agile environments. You independently plan and then lead the delivery of solutions for small to medium complexity engagements. You can influence the direction of your project outside of testing and quality, by building relationships with stakeholders.
