Job Description

As an Assembly Technician within the cleanroom team of NTS Drachten, you are responsible for assembling, cleaning, qualifying, and repairing precision mechanical modules for the high-tech industry. You work based on technical drawings and work instructions, with precision and quality awareness at the core of everything you do.

You carefully check, record, and document your activities. This way, you directly contribute to the quality of modules that end up in our customers' advanced systems. Additionally, you actively think about improving processes and work methods in the cleanroom. You work in a close-knit team of specialists, where precision and knowledge sharing are natural. Your contribution is directly visible in the end result, and your ideas are taken seriously.

Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Assembling precision mechanical parts and modules according to technical drawings and work instructions;

• Manually and/or mechanically cleaning products using baths and chemicals;

• Checking and qualifying modules for functionality and quality;

• Recording and reporting measurement and test results;

• Processing statistical data and discussing any quality issues or rejections;

• Performing repairs according to the applicable procedures;

• Thinking about process improvements and quality enhancements within the cleanroom.

Requirements

We are looking for a precise and eager professional with the following background:

• A completed vocational education, preferably in a technical field;

• Experience in or demonstrable affinity with a cleanroom environment is a plus;

• Precise, independent, quality-conscious, with a hands-on mentality;

• Analytical thinking and an eager attitude towards technical issues;

• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset;

• Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing;

• Willingness to work in 2-shifts: early shift from 06:00 to 14:30 and late shift from 14:15 to 23:00 (on Fridays until 21:45).

• Salary ranging from €2,900 to €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;

• Shift allowance of 17.19% on top of your salary;
