    Your next challenge

    We are looking for a Copilot AI Developer to join our team in San José, Costa Rica supporting supporting a global organization within the financial services sector.

    In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across the organization. You will build and optimize AI agents, digital workers, and intelligent workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, ServiceNow, Power Automate, Python, and related technologies.

    You will have a strong focus on AI agent development, enterprise integrations, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering closely with Service Management and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions. This role will play a key part in driving automation, improving user experiences, and delivering innovative AI-powered solutions that support business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
    • Design, enhance, and support AI Digital Workers and automation solutions.
    • Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Intune, and other business systems.
    • Build workflow automations using Power Automate.
    • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using Python and related technologies.
    • Collaborate with Service Desk teams to define and implement Cognitive AI requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and automation workflows.
    • Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.
    • Create process and technical documentation.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
    • Analyze operational data and present recommendations for process optimization.
    • Participate in knowledge transfer and user enablement activities.

    Requirements:

    • 2–3 years of experience in software development, automation, AI solutions, or enterprise integrations.
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
    • Experience developing AI agents or digital workers.
    • Experience with Power Automate.
    • Experience integrating solutions with ServiceNow.
    • Strong Python development experience.
    • Experience working with APIs and enterprise integrations.
    • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
    • Experience supporting process-improvement or automation initiatives.
    • Experience with SQL Server or relational databases.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with SharePoint and Intune integrations.
    • Experience with Power Platform technologies.
    • Experience with Azure AI or Azure OpenAI services.
    • Experience with .NET, Java, or JavaScript.
    • Experience working within Service Management or ITSM environments.
    • Experience with process automation, workflow orchestration, or low-code platforms.
