Salary Rate: 750,000 colones per month

NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for an Operations Support Assistant to work remotely from San José, Costa Rica with our global client.

Responsibilities:

• Support the enhancement and digital transformation of  information systems, particularly Salesforce, by identifying improvements opportunities, translating business needs into system requirements, and contributing to the design and implementation of system enhancements. This includes coordinating with TTD and relevant stakeholders, supporting the preparation of business requirements documents, tracking enhancements requests, and participating in testing and validation process prior to deployment.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, accuracy checks, and organization of database in Salesforce, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, due diligence, and partner intelligence records.
• Ensure all data is complete, validated, and aligned with operational needs to support timely decision-making and strategic engagement.
• Act as a data quality focal point (Data Champion), supporting data governance efforts, responding to data-related requests from internal stakeholders, and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and usability of CRM data across teams.

Requirements:

• Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, knowledge in any one of the following areas: Law, Business Administration, Finance, International Development, Economics, or other related fields.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience in compliance area and know your customer (KYC). is preferred.
• Languages: Fluent English and Spanish, both orally and written. Portuguese or French is a plus.
• Ability to focus and perform assigned tasks independently in multidisciplinary working environment.
• Planning and organization skills.
• Ability to work with precision, pressure, tight schedules and handle different projects simultaneously.
• Time management and prioritization.
