Up to £29,968.47 per annum depending on experience 
40 hours per week

As a Cleaning Team Leader at our club, we’ll expect you to organise your work and plan your time to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, Experience of working in a customer-facing environment which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers. You have Previously managed or lead teams, previous cleaning/facility management experience and knowledge is desirable. You’ll be able to work individually and as part of a team, well organized with good time management skills, and the ability to prioritise and plan around customer needs

As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will:

• Supervise and effectively manage a team of cleaners.

• Coordinate with the Site management team / cover shifts as required.

• Ensure the team have areas of responsibility, are following policies and procedures, and creating clean, pleasant and safe environment for customers.

• Guaranteeing that cleaning products used effectively, with instructions as well as health and safety procedures followed at all times.

• Order stock when required as advised by team and individual awareness.

• Update records via the computer as required / prepare monthly rotas.

• Be the point of contact for the reporting of problems within the work areas or equipment and liaising with the management team to advise

Job role requirements:

• Flexibility: shifts operate between 09:00 – 22:30 on a daily basis.

• Overnight cleaning projects operate on an ad-hoc basis – supervisory support required.
