37.5 hours per week

As a Customer Services Advisor at our Hereford Hospital you’ll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will:

• To handle customer enquiries (both telephone and internet), supplying potential customers with information about the services offered at the hospital including providing procedure quotations & nurturing the patients pathway.
• To support the Hospital Bookings Teams to ensure that customer requirements/queries are effectively dealt with.
• To introduce new processes to improve customer advise and service, as required
• To support the definition, development, communication and implementation of business development and marketing plans and activities.
• To provide advice and guidance to other team members and the wider hospital
• To develop constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• To promote the Nuffield Health brand consistently across all stakeholders, supporting the implementation of national brand values and guidelines.
