    • Identify trends in ER activity and proactively recommend improvements to reduce risk and enhance employee experience

    • Work collaboratively with HRBPs, legal advisors, occupational health, and other stakeholders on complex or high-risk cases

    Change Management & Consultations

    • Support organisational change programmes, including restructures, service redesigns, and TUPE activity

    • Provide guidance to managers on change processes and consultation requirements, ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational standards

    • Actively support and participate in collective and individual consultation processes, including preparing documentation and attending consultation meetings

    • Produce clear and professional consultation materials (e.g., letters, FAQs, briefing packs)

    • Support managers to effectively communicate change and manage employee engagement throughout the process

    Policy & Best Practice

    • Ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies and procedures, with a particular focus on employee relations and change

    • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and ways of working

    • Promote best practice in people management and support a positive employee experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll demonstrate:

    • Significant experience in an HR Advisory role with a strong focus on employee relations

    • Proven ability to manage complex ER cases end-to-end

    • Is highly driven, resilient and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

    • Experience supporting organisational change and consultation processes
