NuvemRx helps community health providers deliver on their mission by simplifying the complexity of pharmacy operations, with a suite of scalable solutions that integrate software, intelligence, and expert support to illuminate savings, expand access, and elevate patient care.

    What We Are Looking For

At NuvemRx, we hold a high bar because our work directly impacts patient care. We look for people who embody our core values:

    • Mission Always: Every choice is a chance to serve our customers and improve healthcare
    • Be a Pioneer: Take initiative, solve problems, and build what does not yet exist
    • Do the Right Thing the Right Way: Lead with integrity, compliance, and thoughtful execution
    • Stronger Together: Own your role, collaborate deeply, and elevate the team

We are also a fast-growing company, which means you bring strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, resilience, and a bias toward action.

    About the Role

The Client Operations Lead partners closely with Customer Success to deliver strong client outcomes through execution, operational rigor, and 340B subject matter expertise.

You will work within a portfolio of clients to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of NuvemRx solutions, including nuReferrals powered by par8o. This role is focused on helping clients translate strategy into execution and measurable performance.

Where the Customer Success Manager owns the overall relationship, retention, and growth strategy, the Client Operations Lead ensures the day-to-day work gets done, insights are surfaced, and opportunities are realized.

    What You’ll Do

    Client Outcomes and Value Delivery

    • Support a portfolio of clients in achieving measurable 340B program outcomes
    • Deliver performance insights and operational reporting that clearly show progress and opportunity
    • Partner with Customer Success to execute against client goals and success plans
    • Help translate client objectives into actionable workflows and improvements

    Implementation and Operational Execution

    • Lead and support client implementations from kickoff through go-live
    • Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination
    • Ensure consistent execution across client workflows and operational processes
    • Identify gaps in execution and drive resolution

    Performance Optimization

    • Analyze client data to identify trends, missed opportunities, and areas for improvement
    • Drive referral capture optimization and workflow improvements
    • Provide clear, actionable recommendations grounded in data
    • Help clients improve both operational efficiency and financial performance

    Customer Health and Support

    • Partner with Customer Success to monitor engagement, performance, and risk indicators
    • Act as a responsive and knowledgeable partner for client needs and questions
    • Support issue resolution with urgency and ownership
    • Reinforce client confidence through consistent, high-quality execution

    Execution Discipline and Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Maintain accurate tracking of activities, reporting, and deliverables
    • Follow defined processes and contribute to improving them over time
    • Partner with Product, Data, and Operations to surface client feedback and improve solutions
    • Contribute to documentation, playbooks, and scalable ways of working

    What You Bring

    Core Capabilities

    • Experience working in a client-facing or operational role within healthcare
    • Familiarity with healthcare delivery environments such as FQHCs, health systems, or pharmacy operations
    • Working knowledge of the 340B program and how it drives operational and financial outcomes
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Clear and effective communication across a range of stakeholders
    • Comfort working with data and using it to identify issues and opportunities
    • Ability to operate with ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience supporting implementations, operations, or customer success in healthcare or SaaS
    • Exposure to 340B referral capture workflows or similar processes
    • Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms such as EHRs, pharmacy systems, or 340B tools
    • Experience with tools such as Salesforce or similar systems

    Who Thrives in This Role

    • You take ownership and follow through on commitments
    • You are detail-oriented and execution-focused, while still understanding the bigger picture
    • You enjoy solving operational problems and improving how things work
    • You are comfortable working alongside Customer Success and cross-functional partners
    • You are adaptable and curious, especially as technology and AI continue to shape how work gets done

    Benefits

    • Competitive compensation based on experience
    • Remote-first work environment
    • Flexible PTO
    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Life and disability coverage
    • Employee Assistance Program
    • A collaborative, mission-driven team
