This Patient Counselor is primarily responsible for educating Ophthalmology patients and selling company services. This position will work with the patient from the time the patient enters the center and conduct follow up calls to ensure patients have an amazing experience.
2+ years of experience in patient counseling and/or sales, preferably in Ophthalmology or surgical practice
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is also a great fit
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to deliver an exceptional patient experience
