    Job description

Nylon builds AI tools that are changing how lawyers and accountants work. We're trusted by 2,000+ firms across New Zealand, Australia and the UK, from the biggest firms in the world to small specialist practices.

We're growing our team and looking for someone who's a natural communicator. Your job is to contact professional law and accounting firms, converse with the people who make decisions there, and set up meetings for our team.

You'll be based in our Auckland Central office, given everything you need to get started, plus proper training and ongoing coaching on our AI tools and how to talk to clients well. Our products are new and quite complex, so a big part of the job early on is learning how they work and why our clients love them.

    About you

You don't need a particular degree or any work experience. What matters is your attitude. You're motivated, extremely focused, you bounce back when things don't go your way, and you're good at talking to people and getting your point across. Our team moves fast, so you'll need to enjoy learning quickly.

    What you'll be doing

    • Contacting professional firms and having conversations that lead to booked meetings for our team

    • Following a clear daily routine: call time, follow-ups, keeping your records tidy, and always looking for ways to get better

    • Learning quickly who our ideal clients are and what to say to them, then improving it as you go

    • Getting to know the professional services industry, the firms we work with and the problems they face, through training and coaching

    • Working alongside a high-performing, passionate team using cutting-edge tech to solve real problems

    What you'll get

    • A competitive base salary plus commission for every qualified meeting that goes ahead. On-target earnings of $80k a year, with no cap if you exceed your targets

    • Real coaching from people who've proven it works: call reviews, live feedback and hands-on support

    • Early exposure to an exciting product at a company that's clearly going places

    • A small team where your hard work gets noticed

    Essential for this role

    • Native-level spoken English

    • The right to work permanently in New Zealand

    • Based in Auckland (this is a full-time, in-office role in the CBD)

Please include your CV, cover letter and an academic transcript with your application.
