You will play a key part in driving customer experience transformation by identifying opportunities to improve commercial processes and delivering technology-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the business. Working closely with Commercial, IT, GBS, and external partners, you will help shape and implement innovative solutions leveraging automation, AI, advanced analytics, and CRM technologies.
