Schedule: 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

What You’ll Do

As a Retread Technician, you’ll help give commercial tires a second life by working through different stages of the retreading process.

• Inspect tires for retread eligibility
• Buff, repair, and prepare tire casings
• Operate shop equipment and machinery
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Support the team wherever needed

No experience? No problem—we’ll train the right person.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a shop environment (dust, tire materials, etc.)
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
• Basic reading and writing skills (English)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
