Main Responsibility areas:
- Implement performance plans according to company procedure.
- Appointment of new Dealers/distributors in new markets.
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales.
- Responsible for the sales target given to him for hisarea.
- Analyzing the market position, competitors ,threats,opportunities.
- Full market reporting to the company
- Responsible for the overall sales & distribution of hisassigned area.
- Develop strategic brand plan, complete with outlinedobjectives, strategy and tactics, promotional strategy,ensuring expansion and growth goals are met Solicit, prospect and develop a new clientele and maintain them
- Analyze market data (consumer, competitiveeconomic, positioning, distributions channels, trends,and advertising) that is relevant for future brand innovation plans.
- Create and deliver senior management presentationslike project updates, annual strategy reviews and fiscal year planning meetings
- Develop and manage budgets and financial documents,maintain relevant digital strategy and tools.
- Responsible for pricing strategiesProduct Awareness Building, Visibility & MerchandisingAnalyzing and handling Competition and competitoractivities.
