The Concessions Bar Lead is responsible for the successful operation of the concession stand to which they are assigned and supervises staff. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event-driven schedule, including nights and weekends, per business needs.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.66 - $18.32 and is tip eligible (per CBA).

Benefits are per the union agreement.

This position will remain open until December 31, 2026.

• Conduct the sales register by entering the orders and completing the transaction.
• Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating to the Concessions Supervisor on low stock items.
• Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including but not limited to disposal of garbage.
• Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly.
• Check guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages.
• Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Takes inventory of supplies and equipment; maintains stock at required operational level.
• Trains stand attendants.
• Oversees compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be 21 or over.
• Ability to learn to operate a register and corresponding system.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on the event schedules and business needs.
• Required to possess or obtain a valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Card, Tam Alcohol Awareness Card or equivalent certification, and non-gaming work permit (Sheriff’s Card).
• Must be comfortable performing physical labor and operational tasks in outdoor environments, regardless of weather conditions.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects.
• Must be adaptable, have high endurance, and display a commitment to safety while working in both high-heat and cold-weather settings.
• Required to possess a union pour card.
