    • Coordinating deliveries and collections before, during and after events.
    • Managing venue closedown procedures following events.
    • Supporting weekly and monthly operational checks.
    • Managing laundry and staff uniform processes.
    • Monitoring and rotating beverage stock to maintain quality and compliance.

    What We're Looking For

    • Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, events, catering or venue operations.
    • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
    • Hands-on approach with a willingness to support multiple departments.
    • Good understanding of health & safety, food safety and operational best practice
    • Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in line with event schedules.

    Good to Know

This role is on a casual contract offering £16.50 per hour, you'll benefit from working at one of London's premier event venues, gaining exposure to a diverse range of high-profile events while working alongside talented hospitality professionals.
