At Justice Grown, our legal team serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership and the broader organization. As Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in advising the business on a wide range of legal matters while helping the company navigate the complexities of operating in a highly regulated, multi-state industry.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced attorney who enjoys being close to the business. You will work directly with executive leaders and cross-functional partners, provide practical legal guidance, manage active legal matters, prepare and respond to legal filings and briefs, oversee litigation and disputes, review and negotiate contracts, and partner with outside counsel when specialized support is needed.

The role will also support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, licensing, commercial matters, real estate, intellectual property, strategic transactions, and other legal issues that arise across the organization. From time to time, Senior Legal Counsel may also provide guidance on employment, labor relations, workplace investigations, and other employee-related legal matters in partnership with Human Resources.

We are looking for a business-minded attorney who can move comfortably between strategic discussions and day-to-day legal work. The right person will be able to assess risk, provide clear and actionable guidance, manage competing priorities, and build strong relationships with leaders throughout the organization.
