As a Residential Counselor, you will be working with IDD youth, assisting with their daily living activities, and providing behavioral support in a group home setting.
Schedule: Full-time, Part-time and Per-diem shifts available
Weekend Shifts at $19.51/hr.
Competencies:
The potential employee must have the ability to demonstrate respect for children/adolescents and their families; demonstrate understanding of emotional disturbance and developmental disabilities; involve youth and family in all aspects of treatment planning; ability to identify family support resources and to provide advocacy for their use; knowledge of developmental tasks; and adheres to Oaks Integrated Care’s codes of ethic and conduct and commonly accepted codes of behavior.
