Learn our optics manufacturing processes through hands-on, on-the-job training.
Inspect incoming glass and components to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
Examine mirrors for scratches, blemishes, and other surface imperfections.
Assist with the production and finishing of precision mirrors.
Learn to safely operate optics manufacturing equipment and tools.
Accurately complete inspection and production documentation.
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
