We provide hands-on training; no experience is necessary! We are seeking new entry-level talent with the following experience within the sales and customer service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communications with a demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with customers at all levels, partners, and colleagues.

• Must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently and in a team
