You'll work closely with structurers and client-facing teams to support the development of ideas, products, and solutions across multiple asset classes. Your ability to analyse information, leverage technology to improve processes, and communicate complex concepts clearly will be key to delivering value and supporting the team's objectives.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Product & Market Research: assist in organising and analysing information across asset classes, including credit, foreign exchange, fixed income, funds, and equities in both public and private markets
• Structured Solutions Support: support the structuring team in developing market insights, investment ideas, and solutions tailored to client needs
• Deal Lifecycle Management: assist in managing structured transactions throughout the deal lifecycle, including deal execution, transaction documentation, and post-trade follow-up activities
• Process Automation: identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and support automation initiatives using technology and programming tools
• Data Analysis: assist in gathering, organising, and analysing market and transaction data to support business activities and product development
• Marketing & Presentation Materials: develop presentation decks, marketing materials, product summaries, and client-facing content to support business development efforts
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work closely with structurers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to support the delivery of solutions across different client segments
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on strategic initiatives, product development projects, and other assignments as required

Who You Work With

Global Structured Solutions partners clients across corporates, financial institutions, and non-bank financial institutions to deliver innovative financing, investment, and risk management solutions. You'll work alongside experienced structurers who combine expertise in financial markets, product development, and quantitative analysis to create solutions across multiple asset classes. Through this role, you'll gain valuable exposure to structuring, client engagement, and the role Global Markets plays in helping clients navigate evolving market conditions.

Who You Are

• Comfortable working with data and solving complex problems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and interested in financial modelling and automation
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and Visual Basic
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Willingness to learn new concepts and acquire product knowledge across different asset classes
• Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, or Malay
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline
