Occam Industries applies AI to Ukraine's drone fleet, flying on live combat missions. We are partnered with some of the major OEMs and brigades in Ukraine, and our AI is also deployed on EU platforms. We were built on a simple premise: deterrence is proven in the field, not built in a laboratory. We're hiring a test pilot who wants their standards, not just their flying, to shape what reaches the frontline.

We're looking for a test pilot to fly R&D platforms running Occam's AI and put them through rigorous test criteria before they're cleared for combat use. You'll be the person who decides whether a platform is genuinely ready — running structured trials, identifying failure modes, and feeding results straight back to our engineering teams. Beyond flying, you'll work directly with OEMs to help them build test and QA processes into their own mass production lines, so that platforms carrying Occam's AI meet the same bar at scale as they do in R&D. This is a role for someone who can fly at a high level and also codify what "good" looks like well enough that others can repeat it without you.

What we're looking for:

• Significant hands-on flight testing experience with UAV or drone platforms
• Ability to design and run structured test criteria, not just fly by feel
• Comfort working closely with engineering teams to translate test results into fixes
• Experience or aptitude for advising OEMs on production-level QA processes
• A willingness to get hands dirty — this is not a desk-only job
• Bilingual English / Ukrainian is a bonus but not necessary
