Senior Administrator

Purpose of the Role

Join a dynamic Capital Markets team and play a key role in supporting a diverse portfolio of debt structures and securitisation vehicles. Working closely with clients, advisers, financial institutions and internal specialists, you'll help manage the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and corporate administration to ongoing entity management and governance activities.

This is an excellent opportunity to build expertise in capital markets, corporate services and client administration within an international financial services environment. You'll develop strong client relationships, gain exposure to complex structures and transactions, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional client service while building valuable technical and professional skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new clients and structures, including entity establishment, service agreements, banking arrangements and client due diligence activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, advisers and stakeholders, providing a high standard of service and support.
• Coordinate corporate administration activities, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the client lifecycle.
• Support governance activities through the preparation of board packs, coordination of meetings and maintenance of corporate records.
• Attend client meetings and assist with the preparation of meeting minutes and related documentation.
• Manage day-to-day client administration activities, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders.
• Liaise with banks, regulatory bodies, notaries and external partners to support the effective administration of client structures.
• Prepare and file statutory and regulatory documentation with the relevant authorities.
• Support the issuance, redemption and distribution processes for capital markets structures and related entities.
• Maintain shareholder, bondholder and noteholder records to support accurate corporate governance and administration.
• Contribute to client billing activities and support the overall client relationship management process.
• Partner with colleagues across the business to deliver high-quality client outcomes and service excellence.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Experience within Capital Markets, Corporate Services, Company Secretarial, Client Administration or a related financial services environment.
• Understanding of client onboarding, corporate administration, governance and client due diligence processes.
• Knowledge of debt structures, securitisation vehicles or broader capital markets activities would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, advisers and stakeholders.
• Experience preparing and reviewing corporate documentation, meeting materials and legal or administrative records.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a varied portfolio of activities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while contributing to a high standard of client service.
