    Job description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Support the Department/Team Head in planning and executing communication activities, including media relations, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Assist in coordinating product and service launches, events, and social media campaigns.
    • Help improve the company's image and awareness through basic communication tasks such as preparing press releases, speeches, and newsletters.
    • Support the team in building good relationships with media, partners, and other stakeholders.
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Department/Team Head.

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Sciences or related disciplines
    • Minimum 3-4 years’ solid experience in media, public relations, or corporate communications with sizable organisations
    • Experience in media relations, event management, content development and integrated communications campaigns
    • Familiarity with digital and multimedia storytelling is an advantage
    • A good team player with exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; self-starter, driven, outgoing and able to work independently under pressure and tight timelines in a dynamic setting; mature and resilient with a strong entrepreneurial mind-set and can-do attitude.
    • Willing to provide hands-on administrative support for the team and handle ad-hoc tasks
    • High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is a must
