Are you at least 21 years old and interested in a career in Hospitality, Marketing, or Sales? Odell Brewing Company, a co-worker owned craft brewery in Fort Collins, Colorado, is seeking an enthusiastic team member to help us promote, sell, and sample our products around campus.

Position Summary:

The Odell Campus Influencer’s primary functions are to promote Odell Brewing Company, hand out free merch and sample our beer at locations on and around campus. May assist with events or picking up shifts in our taproom. The schedule will be mostly weekend and evenings, around 3-5 hours/week.

Position Schedule/Hours:

Promos will be scheduled for a few hours on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, but may include other weekdays as needed.

Hours/shifts may vary according to seasonal needs.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct minimum 2 promotions per month at assigned locations to include sampling Odell products, handing out merchandise, and promoting the taproom and featured beer and wine products

• May assist with events

• May merchandise products in off-premise locations

• Upon completion of promotion, upload a recap of the event with photos and data to sales portal 

• Work with Marketing and Sales to determine best use of point of sale and visual assets to attract customers to Odell products

• Promote Beer Club enrollment

• Comply with and remain knowledgeable on company policies and procedures, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe manner and in compliance with local, state and federal laws

Qualifications

• Charismatic energy to engage customers 

• TIPS trained required within 1 month of hire

• Valid driver’s license 

• Clean driving record – no DUI’s

• Must be 21 years of age

• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication to ensure clear and concise communication 

• Self-motivated and ability to complete tasks with limited direction and supervision

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Regular and repetitive motion of hands and arms; reach with hands and arms 

• Ability to stoop, kneel, climb or crouch 

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds

Pre-employment Requirements 

• Clean Driving Record / current MVR (may utilize company vehicle for travel to events and/or promos)

COMPENSATION 

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Odell’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Hourly Rate: $20/hr plus commission on Beer Club Membership Enrollments
