As an Auxiliar General, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store's smooth operation and providing an exceptional customer experience. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring that our stationery products are well-organized and easily accessible.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelving and display areas.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory management for stationery products.
- Provide accurate information and recommendations to customers regarding product features and benefits.
- Handle customer complaints and queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in receiving and processing new stock deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of stationery products and their applications is an advantage.
- Physical ability to lift and move moderate-weight items as part of stock management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
