We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our operations team as an AUXILIAR GENERAL_RECIBO. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise and accurate inventory management. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming goods, conducting detailed manual inventory checks, and utilizing our systems to maintain an up-to-date record of our stock.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Conduct detailed manual inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize our inventory management system to update stock levels and track movements.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
- Prepare and generate reports on inventory levels and movements as required.
- Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory processes.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with merchandise or inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an AUXILIAR GENERAL_RECIBO or similar role.
- Knowledge of merchandise receiving and inventory management processes.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
