We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an AUXILIAR GENERAL_PISO. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our sales floor, ensuring it is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Your knowledge of stationery products will be invaluable in providing excellent customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in a logical manner.
- Restock shelves and displays regularly, ensuring an adequate supply of products.
- Assist customers in finding the right stationery products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean and tidy at all times, creating a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about product specifications and features.
- Process customer purchases and ensure accurate billing and receipt generation.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to identify and report any missing or damaged products.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and offers to effectively promote them to customers.
Qualifications
- A strong understanding of stationery products and their applications is essential.
