About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Good Bite by Odyssea, you will play a key role in accelerating our commercial growth across Athens. You will drive B2B sales by identifying opportunities, executing targeted cold outreach (email & phone), and building strong relationships with potential corporate clients. Working closely with the Business Development Manager you will manage leads through the sales pipeline, represent our brand at key events, and help expand a unique social enterprise that combines high-quality catering with meaningful social impact.
Good Bite is a social impact catering service built by Odyssea, a Greek NGO creating pathways to employment and social inclusion. We're growing our commercial team and looking for a driven BDR to help us bring Good Bite to more businesses across Athens.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or a client-facing role
• Proven experience with cold calling and outbound email campaigns
• Basic knowledge of the food, agri-food or FMCG sector
• Experience in catering, hospitality or food service is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in a startup-like environment with a social mission
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English
