About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. At Odyssey, we have a dedicated training team that handles RBT training and development, so that responsibility doesn't fall solely on the BCBA. All RBT's report to our Operations Manager, who takes care of scheduling and administrative tasks.

Regarding clinician support, our VP of Clinical Operations, who is also a BCBA, provides ongoing clinical support, training and development, CEU opportunities, and has weekly 1:1 meetings, and serves as an overall resource/support for our clinicians.

What You'll Be Doing (On-Site)

• Manage a caseload with 27 billable hours per week
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs
• Lead caregiver training and parent support sessions
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and team huddles
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and company standards

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience)
Bonus Opportunities: 30k sign-on bonus. Additional bonus available for exceeding billable expectations

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• Flexible daytime hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Arizona time)
• No weekends

Who We're Looking For

• Certified BCBA with active (or eligible) Arizona LBA license
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently while staying team-oriented
• A clinician who values ethics, outcomes, and relationships
• In-person ABA experience preferred, but not required
