As a Mechanic Technician you repair hydraulic presses, rubber machinery, assembly lines, and special‑purpose equipment. You disassemble/assemble complex mechanical components, adjust energy equipment (hydraulics, pneumatics, drives), and restore equipment to safe, reliable operation. You participate in maintenance planning and coordinate measures to optimize servicing and repairs—covering cycles, materials, and costs. You prepare preventive maintenance (PM) instructions and perform PM on machines and equipment, ensuring maintenance meets site requirements for know‑how, availability, reliability, and safety. Partnering cross‑functionally with Production, Quality, and Engineering, you uphold standards, document work comprehensively, and achieve the agreed KPIs for uptime, MTTR, and OEE.
Responsibilities

- Ensure maintenance meets site requirements for know-how, availability, changes, and spare parts
- Define and initiate procurement of spare parts
- set up and maintain spare parts management
- Evaluate maintenance activities in the system (feedback, damage codes, fault descriptions) and derive optimization measures
Qualifications
- Certificate of Apprenticeship in a technical field (Machinery and Equipment Mechanic + Hydraulics)
- Technical vocational training (Výučný list) in mechanical engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical repairs
- Experience in preventive maintenance and spare parts management
- Familiarity with TPM, Six Sigma, and SAP PM is an advant
