Job description

Conceptual design and sizing of thermal control systems, including definition of thermal concepts, hardware requirements, budgets, and identification of critical thermal areas
Development, maintenance, and correlation of thermal models, as well as execution, verification, and assessment of thermal analyses at system and subsystem level
Planning, preparation, and execution of thermal tests in cooperation with AIT, including test specifications, test setup (including GSE), and evaluation of test results
Technical support to systems engineering, product assurance, AIT, and operations (e.g. LEOP, IOT, level 2 support) throughout development, integration, and operations
Technical leadership of the thermal subsystem, including technical management of subcontractors and support of project and subcontract management
Creation and maintenance of thermal documentation and support of review processes, bids, technical studies, and design change management (RFD/RFW, NCR)
