Project Coordinator Intern

Seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator Intern working towards a degree in Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for learning as well as the desire and motivation to enhance continuous improvement.

• Shadow and work with Project Managers to learn the process and procedures
• Train to move into Project Manager after graduation
• Start with the basics
• Automation training
• Product knowledge
  • Detailing training
  • EPICOR training
  • Assisting PM’s with job releases
  • Move to Project Management
  • Train Project Management process and procedures
  • Train 3D coordination

EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND PROFICIENCIES:

• A student working towards degree in engineering is preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Organized multitasker with strong follow-through

• Collaborative and solution-oriented

• Technically minded with strong analytical judgment

• Committed to workplace and site safety

• Professional communicator with clients and internal
