We’re hiring a strategic Head of Engineering to lead multiple squads delivering the systems behind Ohme’s smart charging experience. You’ll set technical direction, shape the operating model, and grow leaders. This is a senior leadership role with minimal hands-on coding, focused instead on technical direction, organisational design, and operational excellence across our digital backbone. A core focus is embedding AI capabilities that make charging cheaper, greener, and simpler.
You’ll partner with all facets of Ohme’s ecosystem to turn customer needs into well‑vetted roadmaps, elevate engineering practices, and ship reliably at pace. This role is ideal for a systems‑minded leader who enjoys solving complex real-life problems, fostering alignment, and scaling teams.
