Olé Life is a digital life insurance company for Latin America, with growing operations in Mexico and Brazil and international reinsurance partners. We're building a small, senior team where every person has real ownership and AI is part of the daily workflow.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a true hunter profile: someone proactive, persistent, comfortable with intensive customer follow-up, and highly motivated by sales targets and variable compensation. This is primarily an execution and conversion role, not a commercial strategy or process-design position. The person will work within the priorities, processes, and commercial direction established by the Brazil Commercial leadership, with a strong focus on moving opportunities through the funnel and generating production. The initial focus will be on existing leads generated through strategic partnerships such as Nomad. Over time, the role may also work Olé-generated leads and support independent brokers approaching Olé directly outside of an existing agency structure.
What We Need This Person to Do
• Proactively work the existing lead base through phone, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.
• Maintain a disciplined and persistent follow-up cadence.
• Convert qualified leads into applications and active policies.
• Re-engage stalled opportunities and identify the actions required to move them forward.
• Maintain accurate lead status, interactions, and next actions in the Olé portal.
• Follow the sales process and commercial priorities defined by Brazil
Commercial leadership.
• Identify recurring customer objections and conversion barriers and escalate them to the appropriate internal teams.
• Support leads generated directly by Olé as the direct-sales pipeline develops.
• Support independent brokers approaching Olé directly and help move them toward activation and first production.
Profile
• Approximately 5–7 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated experience converting leads and closing business.
• Highly sales-oriented and motivated by targets and variable compensation.
• Persistent, energetic, persuasive, and comfortable with high levels of outbound activity and follow-up.
• Strong execution discipline and pipeline management.
• Comfortable working within defined processes and escalating decisions when necessary.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, fintech, inside sales, or other high- touch sales environments is preferred.
• Life insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Based in São Paulo and available for in-person meetings when required.
Success Measures
Success will be primarily measured by conversion and production, including:
• Lead contact and engagement rate.
• Lead-to-application conversion.
• Application-to-active-policy conversion.
• Number of policies generated.
• Premium / production generated.
• Speed and consistency of lead follow-up.
• Conversion of previously stalled opportunities.
• Pipeline discipline and accuracy.
