Our Senior Cooks are experienced professionals who have developed their skills in fine dining and event kitchens. They are highly organized and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Senior Cooks are expected to lead their station with confidence, give clear instructions, and work independently while following direction from the Sous Chef and Executive Chef. With exceptional attention to detail, they play a key role in mentoring junior cooks and effectively troubleshooting any issues that arise during service.

    • You’re eager to learn and open to feedback, direction, and coaching from the Sous Chef, Chef, and General Manager.
    • You approach each service with enthusiasm and proactively prepare and organize your station according to Oliver & Bonacini (O&B) standards.
    • You follow recipes, portion controls, and plating specifications with precision and consistency.
    • You maintain a clear and accurate prep list for your station duties.
    • You understand and apply the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to ensure product freshness and reduce waste.
    • You’re a team player who readily assists with receiving and properly storing deliveries.
    • Like us, you're passionate about cleanliness and ensure food prep areas, tools, and equipment meet the highest sanitation and food safety standards.
    • You strictly adhere to WHMIS  guidelines.
    • You’re flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
    • 2–3 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced, high-volume event or restaurant environment
    • Culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
    • Strong understanding of professional cooking techniques and knife handling skills
    • Ability to take direction, work efficiently, and remain calm under pressure
    • Physically able to stand for extended periods (100% of shift)
    • Valid Food Handler Certification is a plus
    • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
