FT Maintenance Technician- Hotel Flexible hours, primary 1st shift Start time will be between 730AM and 11AM Key skills Basic electric, plumbing and HVAC knowledge. Must be able to effectively communicate in English, verbal & written. Flexible Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responds to reported work orders and performs general repairs. Performs preventative maintenance on all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.
Assists with maintaining the pool area according to company and brand standards in addition to applicable state and local codes. Maintains external property appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot. Ensures all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized and secured. Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation. Operates common power and hand tools safely.
Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
