Document Control Specialist –Phoenix, AZ 85034
-Supports development, publication and implementation of documentation.
-Creates/updates metrics, training materials and related tools.
-Supports maintenance of existing databases and webpages.
-Uses Office tools to integrate and automate processes where applicable.
-Communicates with internal and external organizations and manages testing schedules.
-Supports NDT (Nondestructive Testing) and data updates and Aerospace procedures and data. -Candidate must have excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Should be skilled with data entry and have excellent organizational skills.
-Preferred candidate will be able to do basic database and webpage management.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. Shift is flexible of 8:00AM-5:00PM w/1 hour lunch; or 8:00AM-4:40PM with 1/2 hour lunch.
Documentation control, MS office, degree, NDT(nondestructive Testing), and some database management
