Requirements:

• Intermediate knowledge level of MS Office tools, specific to MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge level of Lotus Notes database/application usage.
• Basic data analysis - data review and ensuring data integrity in spreadsheets.
• Knowledge in the use of Phoenix database (training to be provided) Spanish speaking and reading (preferred , not required)

  Job Description: Gather and enter confidential customer and sales data collected from Excel spreadsheets into a Lotus Notes database called Phoenix for all Latin American countries.

• Purpose of the job is to improve data gathering from affiliates throughout Latin America and ensure data integrity and reliability once the data is migrated from Phoenix into salesforce.com.
• Some analysis of data integrity and reliability will be required.
