Provide shop management with regular reports on project work plans and status for information and resource management purposes.
Maintain a neat workplace and organized information files pertaining to project work assignments' 5S.

Basic Required Qualifications
Associates degree with two years of technical experience including mechanical tool operation
(or) four years of combined training and technical experience
3 years of working in a development environment OR - Minimum 10 years experience in Commercial vehicle or Heavy Equipment Industry
Basic PC knowledge required
Profound in diesel engine, transmission and vehicle repairs
Ability to work in conjunction with team members both in immediate and other project teams, also able to work effectively with others having diverse backgrounds and experiences
Willingness to train others and share knowledge on Reliability Development topics or other areas of expertise, ability to manage satellite activities
Preferred Qualifications
Commercial Drivers License
Daimler Trucks product experience
Previous experience in a large truck manufacturing company
Knowledge of performance DDC tools like Drumroll
Knowledge of diesel combustion engines
Knowledge of class 8 transmissions
Interpersonal skills
Domestic and foreign travel
