    •    Omari Commercial — Large-scale design-build and construction management projects, including corporate headquarters, tenant fit-outs, building repositioning, industrial and complex commercial environments nationwide.

    •    Omari Design Build — Luxury residential custom homes and high-end renovations, with a focus on architectural detail, craftsmanship, and turnkey delivery.

    •    Omari Exteriors — Insurance restoration and exterior remodeling, guiding homeowners through the full claims and rebuild process with speed and precision.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on construction drawings, specifications, and project scope.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, pricing analysis, and cost studies for assigned scopes of work.
• Develop and assemble competitive bids and proposals (lump sum, GMP, and cost-plus).
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain and evaluate pricing.
• Serve as liaison between project teams, architects, engineers, and clients during preconstruction.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving alternatives.
• Review plans and specifications for constructability, scope gaps, and risk factors.
• Maintain organized documentation and manage bid packages and estimate records.
• Support project handoff to operations and assist with budget validation and buyout.
• Mentor junior estimators or support staff as needed.

What You Bring:

• 5–10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience (GC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Proficiency with estimating software and tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience preparing bids across multiple contract types and project sizes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
