Reporting into the AI Transformation Office, the Associate, AI Enablement & Adoption is a highly approachable, people-centric guide dedicated to accelerating AI fluency across our corporate office. Operating as a hybrid between a hands-on coach and an adoption advocate, you will empower employees to confidently integrate enterprise AI tools — specifically Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Claude — into their daily work.
This role is important because you are the visible, go-to resource on the floor: providing on-demand support, lightweight training, and immediate troubleshooting so our teams can maximize their productivity securely, effectively, and without frustration. If you love helping people, are genuinely curious about generative AI, and can translate technical concepts into plain language for any audience, this is an excellent opportunity to shape how our organization works in the age of AI.
