● A seasoned creative professional with a strong background in design and a portfolio that showcases your ability to think conceptually and execute flawlessly.
● Someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● A strong communicator who can articulate design decisions and creative strategy to both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 designers, guiding them from concept to execution while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, while reporting to the Creative Director.
● Develop and present creative concepts for new pitches and 360-degree digital campaigns that are rooted in a deep understanding of client goals and insights.
● Act as a hands-on individual contributor, personally delivering high-quality design work across a variety of mediums, including graphic design, art direction, and motion design.
● Stay ahead of design trends and cultural conversations to develop a fresh, contemporary design language that sets our agency apart.
