    OmniOn Power is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support, administer, and optimize our global HR systems, with a primary focus on Workday. This role will serve as a key technical and functional resource for HR and will partner across HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and other functions to ensure our systems effectively support business needs.
    The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on Workday experience, including implementation experience, with strong knowledge of system configuration, business processes, reporting, testing, security, and data management. This individual will support day-to-day administration as well as new Workday functionality, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    This role requires someone who can operate independently, troubleshoot complex issues, translate business requirements into system solutions, and serve as a trusted Workday subject-matter expert across the organization.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Serve as a primary Workday subject-matter expert and provide day-to-day system administration and support.
    • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday business processes, including workflows, approvals, validations, notifications, and condition rules.
    • Support the implementation and deployment of new Workday modules, functionality, enhancements, and integrations.
    • Participate throughout the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data validation, deployment, and post-production support.
    • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics to support HR and business needs.
    • Perform regular data audits and partner with HR stakeholders to maintain strong data quality and system controls.
    • Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and develop scalable solutions.
    • Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, vendors, and implementation partners to support integrations and system initiatives.
    • Coordinate testing for system changes, Workday releases, enhancements, and implementations, including user acceptance testing.
    • Support Workday security administration, including security groups, roles, permissions, and access reviews.
    • Own HRIS compliance activities, including applicable IT General Controls (ITGCs), control execution, evidence collection, audit support, and compliance reporting.
    • Lead and coordinate third-party Application Management Services (AMS) resources suppo
    • rting Workday and HR service management, including work prioritization, issue resolution, service levels, and ongoing system support.
    • Evaluate HR processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
    • Develop system documentation, user guides, and training materials and provide guidance to HR and other Workday users.
    • Monitor Workday releases and recommend new functionality that could improve processes or user experience.
    • Support HR technology projects, data governance, audit requirements, and other HRIS initiatives.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of HRIS experience with extensive hands-on Workday experience.
    • Demonstrated Workday implementation experience, including new modules, functionality, or major enhancements.
    • Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, reporting, calculated fields, and security.
    • Experience with testing, data validation, user acceptance testing, and production support.
    • Experience with a full-cycle Workday implementation or major module implementation.
    • Experience supporting Workday in a global organization.
    • Experience with multiple Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Performance, Talent, or Succession.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, organizational structures, and HR data.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, APIs, and integration monitoring.
    • Experience with HR data governance, IT General Controls (ITGCs), SOX compliance, and audit support.
    • Experience working with or coordinating third-party AMS or managed-service providers supporting Workday or other HR technology platforms.
    • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technology environment.
    • Workday certification or formal Workday training is a plus.
