Treasury Operations Netting Specialist

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

• Responsibility for the activities related to the Netting process and in particular :

  • Maintaining the policies and documentation related to Netting process

  • Maintaining the Netting Calendar

  • Ensuring a streamline communication across the company and workstreams, about the Netting principles, guidelines, processes, calendars, settlement principles and Netting Accounting

  • Monitor and process all activities related the Netting process for all countries globally, accurately and in a timely manner all the way to the month end closing process

  • Coordinate the maintenance of the master data, users, roles and rights, related the Netting System, embedded in the Treasury system

  • Enforce resolution of suspended invoices and mismatches between the Netting systems and SAP, in coordination with the in country finance and other shared center center workstreams involved in the netting process

  • Calculate and report the Netting

  • Monitor and enforce timely settlement of Netting results

  • Maintain and communicate about the Netting dashboards which outlines the accuracy and completeness of the Netting process

  • Liaise with the IT department to ensure appropriate set up in SAP to support the Netting process and Netting virtual settlement.

• Overtime this role could evolve or include more treasury accounting tasks as deemed appropriate and feasible by the Netting & Accounting Manager as support the Treasury Accounting Specialists.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• University degree in finance and administration (ideal, not a must)

• 4/5 years' experience ideally in Treasury or other Corporate Finance operational functions

• Several years of experience in Accounting, ideally of treasury transaction

• Build a strong collaboration with all stakeholders (OCS AR, OCS AP, In Country Finance, Group/GoE Controlling, Group/GoE Tax,…)

• Experience in GBS and/or shared service center environment

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Autobank);

• Experience with Treasury Management System (ideally Coupa Treasury) and e-banking solutions, as users and ideally as administrator of user rights,

• Detail-oriented and high degree of comfort in analytics

• High degree of proven Loyalty in protection of confidential transiting via Treasury organisation

• Natural ease in building strong network for efficient and seamless coordination with other departments

• Fluent English required, multilingual is a plus
