What You’ll Do
- Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and ongoing treatment planning
- Provide care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Collaborate with counselors, medical staff, and leadership to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Build meaningful connections with patients while supporting long-term recovery
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

- Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
- Current and active Ohio Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license - Family or Adult
- CPR certification required
- Completion of required continuing medical education (CME)
- Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or MAT preferred
