About the Role:

• You will build and manage the teams responsible for the accounting operations of PTP, T&E.

• You will create and implement systems and processes to ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations.

• Being subject matter experts to above day-to-day operations.

• You will assist the Controllers with completing month-end close in an accurate and timely manner..

• Accrue and prepay necessary costs during month-end close.

• You will actively participate in the month-end balance sheet reconciliation process for operations related accounts.

• Uphold a strong financial control and process environment.

• Track and report relevant KPIs for Suppliers/Payables.

• Manage the global payables reporting and approval process.

Who you are:

• Fluent English and French language skills. Proficiency in another European language is a distinct advantage.

• You have extensive experience managing and running accounting operations.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central), QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Online is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.

• You are able to demonstrate understanding of relevant financial and operational KPIs, with the ability to interpret and communicate performance insights.

• Proven track record of implementing and maintaining best-in-class processes and operating procedures.

• Fast learner with the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment

• Highly organized with an ability to drive projects to completion independently with a strong attention to detail

• You will have worked in a highly deadline driven environment

• You will have good managerial skills
