Join One Community Health as a Medical Assistant Apprentice and gain hands-on experience while building a career in healthcare.

• Paid apprenticeship with a starting wage of $20/hour, with an increase at 6 months
• Additional $0.75/hour bilingual differential for employees who demonstrate fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Upon successful completion, you’ll be eligible to sit for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam
• 12–14 month program
• 156 hours of online classroom learning
• 2,000 hours of on-the-job skills training
• No cost to participants for training or CCMA exam fees
• No healthcare experience required, though prior experience is a plus

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
